We process and dispatch orders every day, Monday – Friday. That does not include bank holidays. We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 day after the order is placed. After this, your order will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method.
Royal Mail will normally get your parcel to you within 3/4 working days, occasionally things may take a bit longer. If that is the case, and you are concerned as to its location, we ask that you allow up to 7 days for it to get to you. If that hasn’t happened, please email us with your confirmation number and we’ll try and help out.
Damaged / Incorrect Deliveries
We take care to ensure that all orders sent out are packed with care and attention. However, sometimes our boxes can be damaged in transit to you. If that has happened, help us help you out ASAP by letting us know via email and attaching a photo of the box and/or internal contents. We’ll then do our best to rectify the situation.
